Enough Time
Many of us have a habit of leaving our complaints vague. This allows fears to fester and stress and anxiety to build.
If the issue is simply: "there isn't enough time," we're pooched. If getting more time is the only solution that would bring us peace, we'll remain forever unsettled.
We can't have more time. That part is fixed.
But what is at the other end of our issue?
There isn't enough time to...
Do all of the things we want to do at a level of excellence that nears perfection by a deadline that was arbitrarily imposed (by ourselves or others)?
Is that what we mean? Because while we can't have more time, we can do a lot with those other things.
We don't HAVE to do everything. None of it needs to be PERFECT. Some of it can WAIT.

When problems remain vague, they're insurmountable.
As soon as you fully articulate what is really bugging you—getting it out of its nebulous, encompassing state in your head—you can start to work through it. You can untangle the assumptions you're making that compound the problem and make some actionable choices to ease the situation.
If ever something is "too much:" write it down, talk it out—get it out of your head. There is nothing in this life you can't handle You got this.
